The art of Christian loving

John 1

How is Christian love different from other forms of love? This seminar examines some unique characteristics of Christian love: it is inclusive; it takes the initiative; it loves concretely and to the end; it leads to mutuality. A Christian is called to become an expert in the art of loving taught and lived by Jesus. This type of love is possible through the Holy Spirit that has been poured into our hearts. It allows us to live as children of God who is Love.

Key skills

Participants will learn:

  • How to love everybody, including our enemies
  • How to be the first one to love
  • How to become one with others
