"Un libro excepcional para enriquecer el matrimonio! Casados y felices realmente es una guía practica para mejorar nuestra comunicación y desarrollar la, empatía, la autonomía y la reciprocidad. El Dr. John y su esposa Claire nos introducen y llevan por estas tres dimensiones del matrimonio para experimentar profundo gozo y unidad en la diversidad. Cada capitulo te hace sentir como si ellos mismos (John y Claire) están sentados contigo dándote consejos prácticos y sencillos de entender. Me encanta las pequeñas metas que se llaman "Prueba Esto" y se encuentran después de cada reflexión que hacen para ayudarnos a ponerlo en práctica. El cuestionario que contiene al final o también al principio del capitulo "Cuestionario de habilidades para resolver conflictos" es de mucha riqueza, porque además de ayudarnos a saber en qué nivel estamos en cierta habilidad, que es el punto central del cuestionario, te explican cada habilidad del cuestionario, y de esta manera saber en que estamos faltando o flaqueando. Lo recomendamos a todas las parejas porque en él encontrarán una herramienta básica para estar Casados y Felices."
